Production Times
All of our lead times are based from when you approve your PDF print proof, which is provided with every order. The average lead time across our product range is 5-7 working days from proof approval, however we do aim to exceed this where possible. Most orders are sent out on a Next Working Day courier service.

Delivery Charges
Our shipping charges are based on the volume and weight of each order. If you would like to have an indication of the shipping charges, please feel free to ask for a quote. The costs of shipping will be shown on the quotation.

Same Day Delivery
We work closely with a third party Same Day Dedicated Courier, who we always have on hand to help with those extra last minute orders. A dedicated service means that the delivery is completely allocated to your order, so as soon as it's collected it will be on route to you, without any stops in between.

Express Orders
Most of our products can be offered on an express service, if we have production capacity we can even reduce them down to as little as 48 hours! If you're in a hurry, please feel free to call us and we can check this for you. If the product you're looking for isn't available on an express, we will aim to find you a suitable alternative that we can get to you in time for your event or deadline.

Please note, some express orders may carry a small one off surcharge. If this is the case, we will also include this on your quotation, no hidden extras!

Plain Stock Orders
If you're looking for plain, unbranded stock we can usually dispatch this the same day. This is dependent on whether the product and colour you're looking for is in stock, please call us to check. The cut off time for dispatching the same day for plain stock is usually before midday on any working day, for delivery the next working day.
